Blue Green Damselfish



The Green Chromis, Chromis viridis, is a species of individuals tend to be apple-green and light blue, and reach a length of about 3 in (8 cm). swims in the Indo-Pacific, Red Sea to the Line, Marquesan, and Tuamoto islands, north to the Ryukyu Islands, south to New Caledonia.Adults are found in large aggregations above thickets of branching Acropora corals in sheltered areas such as subtidal reef flats and lagoons.
