The Blue Devil Damselfish also known as the Southseas Devil, Village Belle, and Blue Star Damsel. Also known swim in Western Pacific, Coral Sea (including the northern Great Barrier Reef) to Samoa.Adults inhabit lagoon and offshore coral reefs. Oviparous, distinct pairing during breeding. Eggs are demersal and adhere to the substrate. Males guard and aerate the eggs
